Junior Project Manager


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project management whether on IT projects or through education;
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and self motivated, work without direct supervision, and present the work of the team and the project in a professional manner.

Responsabilities:
  • Help schedule planning across the project with Leads and Project Manager;
  • Tracking weekly progress in development;
  • Help preparing weekly status meetings;
  • Take minutes in production meetings and distribute them to the participants;
  • Assist in highlighting risks on progress and help providing solutions;
  • People-problem solving and motivation practices;
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners for the delivery of builds, art assets and other communications as required;
  • Help tracking development processes and contribute to provide solutions to management for improvements;
  • Continue to enhance organization and communications skills.
  • Actively participate in team working on project by making recommendations on how to improve product quality as well as group productivity;
  • Directly responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures;
  • Safeguard company assets including source code, art work, tools, game design information and technical know how;
  • Additional tasks in the area of a Junior Project Manager;
  • Report to: Project Manager.

  • Adopt existing development processes and look for improvements;
  • Understand issues and potential roadblocks in development and how to resolve them;

.Net Application Developer


Requirements:
  • Excellent C# and .Net-Framework knowledge (3+ years of professional experience);
  • Strong Windows Forms and Database (SQL) background;
  • Familiar with ASP.Net AJAX, HTML, CSS;
  • Experience with multi-threaded software architectures;
  • Working as part of a team experience;
  • Good technical English writing/reading skills and excellent English verbal communication skills.

  • Strong background in Socket-communication, HTTP and WebServices;

  • Experience in deploying .Net Applications to Unix using Mono;
  • Bug-tracking systems familiarity;

Requirements:
  • Excellent Flash knowledge(5+ years of professional experience);
  • Adept with Actionscript 3.0, Flex;
  • Familiar with AJAX;
  • Base knowledge MySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript;
  • Profound knowledge with Development of database organized Webapplications;
  • Base knowledge in minimum one object-oriented programming language (PHP, Java (Applet Development), C++);
